In September of this year the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality honored local businesses for their commitment to their communities and the environment. The DEQ recognized 13 businesses and partners for ongoing projects devoted to keeping Michigan neighborhoods clean and safe. The awards are part of the Environmental Partners Program.
